Connector · Miro

Your Miro boards for your AI assistant, changed only when you approve.

PrivacyFence connects an AI assistant to Miro so it can find your boards and tags straight away, read a board's items and connector lines after you have reviewed them, and add or change sticky notes, cards, texts, shapes, frames and connector lines only with your approval. Nothing it does deletes anything.

What the assistant can do

List straight away, read after review, change after approval.

Every Miro tool has a gate fixed in code. The Tools reference lists each one.

Without a card

Your boards and each board's tags. The call is still audited.

Reviewed before release

The items on a board and the connector lines between them. You see the text of every item before the assistant does.

Needs your approval

Adding items and connector lines, changing existing items and renaming a board. A batch of up to 20 items goes under one card, which shows the board and the team. Nothing can be deleted.

Set it up

Sign in with your organization's Miro app.

  1. An administrator registers a PrivacyFence app in Miro once and puts its client id and secret in your organization's PrivacyFence configuration.
  2. You sign in on Miro's own page. Miro asks which team to install the app in, and the connection covers that one Miro team.
  3. To use another team, connect again and choose it; the new connection replaces the first.
